I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Fire of a Dragon

Fire of a Dragon Fire of a Dragon by Alisa Woods
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

i really loved the conclusion of this story. nothing went easy and shouldn't be! but i enjoyed how these two have found a way to be together even if certain people are against them and will go to no ends to F up their happily ever after. specially when "our" leading lady is having such precious cargo, it's the future that is at stake.
if you have read book 1 and 2 you have to read this one, it just completes their story!

Review: Heart of a Dragon

Heart of a Dragon Heart of a Dragon by Alisa Woods
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

captivating story about Lucian who is struggling very hard with his pas. a past that stands in the way of his feelings "in the now" and his duty.
when he rescues Arabella from some demons he knows what he has to do for his duty and his race but he doesn't want his heart involved. and therein lies the biggest problem of them all, it is!

really enjoyed this second book in this series, can't wait for more of them!!

Review: Kiss of a Dragon

Kiss of a Dragon Kiss of a Dragon by Alisa Woods
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

really enjoyed this new series.
lucian is a dragon prince, bound to find himself a mate to bond with and have a cute little baby dragonling, all this to double his lifespan and uphold a treaty with the fae world.
he set his eye on arabella. something about her stirs his heart but he's dead set on not falling in love with the woman. he just needs her to fall in love with him.
his little trickery only results in her being very angry with him and that's the start of a thrilling ride of acceptance, love and some drama along the way.

really enjoyed the start of this series. it was heartbreaking at times. seeing the evident love shine through, yet they don't want to give in.

a good book to bring with you on holiday!

Review: Three Way, the Novel

Three Way, the Novel Three Way, the Novel by Olivia Hawthorne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

you get swooped up by one handsome man, one you know isn't good for you. you just know. but the attraction and his possessiveness are like a drug. landing in difficult situations, margot is rescues, saved and kept safe by Ryker. she isn't aware he's more complex then she believes. she finds that out when he brings her to his home, a giant villa. she's even more confused when a day later she hugs him but hears his voice behind her!
he's got a twin!!
and this puts her in a difficult spot since she starts having feelings for both of them....

a lovely story about unconditional love with a few hurdles along the way in a most unconventional way!

loved it from start to finish!

Review: Bloodlines

Bloodlines Bloodlines by Tabatha Kiss
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

so much is happening that for once i won't tell the start of it. but one event leads to a war between families and continents. i was happy to learn how a certain character we know from previous books has made his escape! (even telling this is not even telling!)
you get sucked in from the moment the book starts 12 years ago and then moves forwards to the now.
the pain, the heartache, the brutality, the killings... it's like the other three books were a build up to this one even if timewise you could start with this one and then read the others.

a must have if you loved the Snake Eyes books!!
