I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Rescued by the Bear

Rescued by the Bear Rescued by the Bear by Bethany Shaw
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

stumbling across a gruesome scene, daisy doesn't know how fast she has to get away when the murderer spots her and starts pursuing her, gun at the ready! as she tumbles over a cliff, she barely manages to hang on to a branch. having a hard choice to make she decides to take a leap of faith, or rather a needed step since the murdered is firing shot after shot at her. swooped up by the wild river it doesn't take long for her to go under.
as chad hears the commotion not far from where he's fishing in his bear-form, he's puzzled at to what happening; that is until he sees daisy disappearing under water. diving after her he does his best to find her. unconscious but alive he drags her out.
hoping they're safe at his forest cabin he does his best to take care of daisy, who's by now getting back to normal (as normal can after nearly drowning and being shot at!). for both of them it puts a lot of things on the line and they come clean about their feelings for each other.
if you think this is where they get their HEA, you're wrong! oh so wrong! it's get thrilling, dangerous, emotional! a nail-biter of huge proportions. this will fit right in with your beary collection on your kindle.
