I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Burn Baby Burn

Burn Baby Burn Burn Baby Burn by Catherine Vale
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

On her way home Adalyn suddenly finds herself in trouble when, in dragon form, she loses the ability to fly. crashing down, she’s lucky she’s not majorly hurt. making her way into a local bar she contemplated calling her clan, knowing they’d be restless when she won’t arrive at the agreed time. instead she gets pulled into the attraction with a tall dark and handsome stranger that is parked at the bar only a few seats from her. they end up having a wonderful night but before the dawn is there Adalyn makes sure to be gone, not feeling the need for more complications.
big was her surprise when the day after she’s called into the Order and is paired up with none other than her one night stand, also a dragon shifter (but one that is the cause of the non-fly spell to be in place!), to retrieve a young dragon baby in danger.
will these two make it work or is he just too full of himself to make it work?
what a joy to read this one. it isn’t a direct link to the Order but still part of it. it just makes you wish to have a dragon of your own, sighs …
