I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Strange Days

Strange Days Strange Days by Rebecca Royce
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

a wonderful read that sucks you in from the start. there aren't any lulls in the story, it keeps a good pace going forward.
Dodie has a huge crush on her dancing, stripping and martial arts master neighbor christian. she's convinced herself that he can't be interested in her. when she's called in to the hospital to help out her friend, it's christian that comes to her aide, he's not having no for an answer.
christian has had the hots for his neighbor since the day she moved in but every effort he made to get closer to her was thwarted every chance she got. in quite a state about her friend christian offers to help her out and she reluctantly accepts the offered help.
the little details tell christian that more is happening, something dark, something he's been trained to kill. also something no human really knows.
christian is having a hard time figuring out how to tell dodie his secret persona. but once you think everything is going good, sh*t hits the fan. the outcome is devastating!
join these characters as they battle evil and themselves!

a must read!
