I'm a rookie writer enjoying the flow of words sprouting out of my fingers. Sometimes it goes easy, at other times it's a real struggle. I love and crave any kind of feedback, good or bad. I write when I can, but a husband, two kids, 4.2 cats (aging from 15 years to 4 months) do take up most of my time. Yet I found the time to try out something I never thought I was good at. I started writing. I came to love it and enjoy the new friendships I've made with fellow writers I simply adore (well I like the writers, but adore their work *grins*)

Review: Serenade

Serenade Serenade by Kallysten
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

what a conclusion to this story!! the previous book had a somewhat bad ending, knowing she ws forced to make a choice she really didn't want to make. still denying her feelings, she crumbles and does the one thing she swore to never do again : made a new offspring. teaching rachid is the easy part, it's everything else that is a struggle. despite being a natural rashid is angry, not at her, but ollie because he took away the one choice he wanted to make himself.
in the part there is a lot of conflict but also a lot of soul-searching and admitting feelings. things are the way they are and there isn't much they can do now to change any of them. it's how they'll deal with it all that will matter and make things work or not!

it was a satisfying ending to a well written story. the emotional conflict is heartbreaking at points and i wondered if they'd make it or not on more then one occasion. nice series!!
